Bajaj Auto's subsidiary has purchased all shares from Pierer Industrie AG. This makes Pierer Bajaj AG a fully-owned subsidiary of Bajaj. Bajaj now holds approximately 74.9% of Pierer Mobility AG, the parent company of KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas.

Who Has the Control of KTM Now?

Bajaj Auto now has full management control of KTM's global operations. This includes complete authority over product strategy, manufacturing decisions, and future business direction. The Pierer Group has officially exited after a 17-year partnership.
