Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 Unveiled at Motoverse 2025

The wait is over. Royal Enfield has officially unveiled the race-spec Continental GT-R 750 at Motoverse 2025 in Goa. This marks the debut of the brand's new 750cc platform and a major power upgrade for its classic cafe racer.
About The GT-R 750?
This is a close-to-production race bike. It will replace the current GT 650 in Royal Enfield's racing series. The showcase confirms that a street-legal production version for the public is definitely on the way, expected to arrive in 2026.
What's New With The Engine?
The heart is a new, larger twin-cylinder engine. It's an enlarged version of the current 650cc motor. Power is expected to be around 55 PS and 60 Nm. This is a significant jump from the current GT 650's 47 PS and 52 Nm.
How Does The Race Bike Look?
The GT-R 750 has a classic cafe racer stance. It features a low 'bikini' fairing, low clip-on handlebars, and rear-set footpegs. It also gets twin front disc brakes with Bybre calipers and a sleek, compact tail section.
What Can We Expect From The Road Version?
Royal Enfield is expected to launch two versions. One will mirror the race bike with a half-fairing. The other will be a cleaner, unfaired model. Both versions have already been spotted testing on Indian roads.
When Will GT-R 750 Launch and For How Much?
The global reveal is expected in late 2026. The India launch will likely follow in early 2027. The price is anticipated to be around Rs. 3.8 to 3.9 lakh (ex-showroom), positioning it as a premium offering.
A New Chapter For Royal Enfield
The Continental GT 750 is more than just a new bike. It heralds the arrival of Royal Enfield's new 750cc platform. This engine is also expected to power future models like the Interceptor 750 and the Himalayan 750.
